PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The unique project involved the rehabilitation and replacement of the piping systems for the Movenpick hotel heliopolis (now Le Passage) including hot and cold water piping networks. This also included room connections, fire-fighting networks, boiler room and the installation of the pumping system.
The unique aspect of this project was that all procedures were executed while the hotel was fully operational with up to 100% occupancy, with absolute minimal disturbance to the guests and routine hotel procedures.
